Eric Steinmetz

Eric Steinmetz currently serves as the Director of Operations at The Barksdale Group since August 2022. Prior to this role, Steinmetz held the position of Sr. Director of Operations at Millman Multimedia from March 2021 to August 2022, overseeing multiple brands including Nations Photo Lab and Artsy Couture. From May 2018 to March 2021, Steinmetz was the Director of Manufacturing Operations at Shutterfly, Inc., leading a large team and achieving outstanding results across multiple manufacturing sites. Earlier experience includes serving as Plant Manager at Lifetouch from December 2001 to January 2018, where management of P&L and multi-location teams was central to the role, and as Department Manager at Jostens from 1995 to 2001, managing various operational areas. Eric Steinmetz holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Emporia State University.
