Lesego Ramatlhape

Lesego Ramatlhape is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in transformation, diversity, inclusion, and BBBEE initiatives. Currently serving as the Head of the Siyakhula Enterprise Development Programme at Barloworld Equipment, Lesego has held leadership roles in various organizations, including Senior Manager of Transformation D&I and BBBEE at Barloworld Logistics, Head of Corporate & Legal Services at Super Group's Fleet Africa Division, Executive Head of Communications at Lunar Blue Soft Drinks, and Executive Chairman at Thaga Group Holding. Lesego holds a Bachelor of Law degree specializing in Company Law from North-West University, completed between 1992 and 1996, and has been associated with Transcend Corporate Trainers since February 2016.
