Maryam Banikarim is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and marketing roles across various prestigious organizations. Currently serving as Co-Founder of MaryamB, a purpose-driven collective focused on mobilizing communities in New York City, Maryam is also a member of the Board of Trustees at Barnard College and a Co-Founder of NYCNext. As an Executive Advisor at Cove Hill Partners and a former Managing Director for Fortune’s Most Powerful Women and Brainstorm Tech franchises, Maryam has demonstrated a commitment to inspiring positive change. Previous roles include Head of Marketing at Nextdoor, Global CMO at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, and SVP & CMO at Gannett Corp Inc. Maryam holds an MBA and MIA from Columbia University, as well as a BA in Political Science from Barnard College.
