Derek Tisdel

As Vice President/Operations Manager, Derek Tisdel focuses on overseeing projects in the heavy civil arena, from estimating through design and construction, while working with owners, engineers and stakeholders in a Partnering atmosphere. His recently completed Blue Lake Expansion Project, involving the expansion of a remote hydroelectric system that included raising a 145-foot-tall dam by 83 feet, earned the AGC's national Grand Award as well as a Partnering Merit award in 2016.
