Douglas Gurney

Douglas Gurney has extensive work experience in the engineering and operations field. Douglas started their career as an Operator, Supervisor, Engineer, and Process Commercial Coordinator at BJ Process & Pipeline Services from 1995 to 1997. Douglas then worked as a Development Engineer, Projects Engineer, and Site Manager at a.hak Industrial Services Ltd from 1997 to 2003. From 2003 to 2009, they served as a Senior Consultant Engineer at FM Global. Douglas then progressed to the role of Group Manager Field Engineering at FM Global from 2009 to 2015, where they led a team of field engineers and provided technical support in high challenge industries. From 2015 to 2017, they served as the Operations Vice President and Group Manager Account Engineering for Global Services at FM Global. Douglas was later promoted to Assistant Vice President and Senior Account Manager from 2017 to 2019. Currently, Douglas holds the position of Operations Vice President and Group Manager Account Engineering for Chemical Operations at FM Global.
