Harel Perlmutter

Harel Perlmutter is a Partner & Head of Tax at Barnea & Co. since June 2012. Harel provides clients with counsel, planning, and advice on all tax-related issues while also drafting pre-ruling applications and obtaining necessary approvals for complex transactions. Harel conducts negotiations and tax assessment meetings with Israeli tax authorities, assists clients during voluntary disclosure proceedings, and advises on the interpretation and implementation of bilateral and multilateral tax treaties. Harel previously worked as an Associate in the Tax Department at S.Friedman & Co., Advocates & Notaries and as a law intern at Yigal Arnon & Co. Harel holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Bar-Ilan University.
