Kaveh Kheradmand

Kaveh Kheradmand serves as the Global Commercial Finance Director at Barnes Aerospace since July 2025. With extensive experience at Diageo from September 2014 to August 2025, Kaveh held several significant roles, including Group FP&A Senior Manager - Performance Lead, where oversight of a $20 billion P&L and decision support for the CFO Leadership Team were key responsibilities. Previous positions at Diageo included Head of Ireland FP&A, where Kaveh improved reporting efficiency for executives, and Europe FP&A Senior Manager, focusing on cash management and forecasting improvements. Kaveh also contributed as Director & Treasurer of the Watsonian Council from April 2022 to August 2025, overseeing governance and financial matters. Earlier career experience includes roles at KPMG UK, Citi, Barclays, and The Scotch Whisky Experience. Kaveh holds a Master's degree in Economics from The University of Edinburgh and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Catalyst Consulting.
