Mike Shope

Mike Shope is an experienced Quality Engineer currently working at Barnes Aerospace since October 2021, with prior roles in quality engineering and quality assurance at Tooling Zone, AtriCure, Inc., Element Materials Technology, and G&W Products. Mike also served as a Quality Training Specialist and has a solid background starting from a Quality Specialist position at The Armor Group. Educational credentials include pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Quality Systems from Bowling Green State University, expected to complete in December 2026, and an Associate of Arts in History from Southern State Community College, completed in June 2007. Mike's foundational education includes graduating from Clinton-Massie High School in 2005.
