Simon Minifie

Simon Minifie is an accomplished engineering manager with extensive experience in leading manufacturing operations and teams across multiple global locations. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Barnes Aerospace since September 2023, Simon previously held the same title at MB Aerospace from January 2020 to October 2023. At Delphi Technologies from November 2006 to January 2020, Simon progressed through various roles, including Chief Manufacturing Engineer - Commercial Vehicle FIS, Manufacturing Engineering Manager, and Principal Engineer. Simon's expertise encompasses managing large teams, overseeing substantial budgets, driving operational efficiencies, and implementing innovative processes that have significantly improved production performance and product quality. Simon holds a degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of the West of England.
