Kynan Scarr

Kynan Scarr has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as Manager of Exploration and Pre-Development at Chevron since March 2003. Key roles at Chevron include Integration Manager for Operations, Advisor to the Executive VP for Upstream, and leadership positions in production optimization, asset development, and organizational transformation projects. Kynan has managed teams of varying sizes, been accountable for health, safety, and environmental performance, and engaged extensively with executive leadership on critical strategic initiatives. Prior to Chevron, roles included Petroleum Engineer positions at Origin Energy and Baker Hughes, and an Advisory Board Member position for Independent Schools Riau. Kynan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Petroleum Engineering with Honours from UNSW.
