Srither Shanmuganathan

Srither Shanmuganathan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the aerospace industry. Currently serving as the Business Transformation Program Manager at Barnes Aerospace since June 2023, Srither previously held leadership roles including Head of Training and Development at Singapore Aero Engine Services Private Limited and Project Manager at Rolls-Royce. Throughout a career spanning over two decades, Srither has successfully managed projects, enhanced operational efficiencies, and implemented training programs that have significantly improved productivity. Major achievements include overseeing the successful transfer of New Product Introductions from the UK to Singapore, and developing infrastructure for enhanced assembly and testing capabilities. Srither holds a Master of Engineering in Technology Management from the University of South Australia, a Bachelor of Engineering Science in Aerospace Operations from the University of Technology Sydney, and additional qualifications from Nanyang Polytechnic.
