Harold P. Kremer

Harold Kremer is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in auditing and business valuation. Currently serving as a Director at Barnes Dennig since January 2014, Kremer previously held the position of Partner at Bertke, Sparks & Kremer CPAs, Inc. from October 2007 to January 2014, focusing as an Audit Partner and Business Valuation Specialist. Prior experience includes being a Partner at Burke & Schindler, P.L.L. from 2001 to 2007 and leading the Audit and Accounting Department at Grant Thornton’s Cincinnati office from 1987 to 2001. Kremer holds a BS in Accounting and Finance from Northern Kentucky University, earned between 1984 and 1987.
