Penny Rooke

Penny Rooke is an experienced professional with a strong background in finance and management. As the Owner of Teapot on the Floor since April 2019, Penny Rooke has demonstrated entrepreneurial skills while maintaining a long-standing role as a Tax Senior at Barnes Roffe LLP since March 2005. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Payroll Officer at UCLH NHS Foundation Trust from July 2002 to February 2005 and as a Payroll Officer at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Trust from July 2000 to June 2002. Penny Rooke holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Staffordshire, earned between 1995 and 1999, and has a foundational education from Canon Slade from 1993 to 1995.
