Holly Harmes

Holly Harmes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in pension administration and customer service. Currently serving as the Pension Admin Projects Team Leader at Barnett Waddingham since January 2022, Holly previously held the role of Deputy Administration Manager at XPS Administration from November 2016 to December 2021, where involvement with multiple defined benefit pension schemes included complex calculations and oversight of team outputs. Beyond pension administration, Holly has entrepreneurial experience as the owner of Ruby Soho, a fashion boutique that sold unique clothing brands. Holly's diverse background also includes customer service roles in various sectors, including financial services at AXA Wealth, retail at Vision Express and Marks and Spencer, and a healthcare position at Tesco Pharmacy.
