Martin Willis

Martin is a partner and senior client relationship manager. He currently advises and provides support in relation to implementation and on-going services for corporate benefit arrangements.

He provides advice and consultancy support to corporate and trustee bodies in relation to their defined contribution (DC) pension arrangements. This includes scheme design, ongoing governance and member engagement.

He advises a range of not-for profit organisations operating in the Arts & Culture, Education and Religious sectors, and acts as DC representative on Barnett Waddingham’s charity and not-for-profit working group.

Martin also provides consultancy support to a wide range of corporate and trustee clients, both UK and multi-national, with employee numbers ranging up to 3,000 members.
