Sam Meldrum

Partner & Head of IT at Barnett Waddingham

As the Head of IT at Barnett Waddingham, Sam has responsibility for all technology delivery within Barnett Waddingham. We believe that intelligent use of technology can help us efficiently deliver solutions which meet our clients’ needs.

Sam oversees our internal software development teams who produce bespoke software for internal and external users as well as having ultimate responsibility for Network Operations, IT Support and Information Security. He was elected onto the firm’s Management Board in 2010 and will sit on the board until June 2016.

Sam graduated from Keble College, Oxford with a mathematics degree in 1994. He joined Barnett Waddingham's pensions actuarial team based in Buckinghamshire in 1994, qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries in 1999 and became a partner at Barnett Waddingham in 2006.
