Joe Yankauskas

Joe Yankauskas is an accomplished IT executive with extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions, and technology integration. Currently serving as the Business Partner and Head of IT Mergers, Acquisitions & Divestitures at BD since February 2022, Joe leads a team overseeing all aspects of acquisitions and divestitures. Prior roles include independent consulting for Fortune 200 medical technology firms and a CTO position at Kudoz Network. Previously, Joe held various leadership positions at AIG, spearheading initiatives in M&A, relationship management, and IT operations, as well as overseeing substantial budgets and large teams. Joe’s earlier positions also included IT leadership roles at Liz Claiborne, driving strategic technology improvements and integration during acquisitions. Joe holds an MSIS in Information Systems and a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Stevens Institute of Technology, along with a BS in Business Administration from Wagner College.
