Clara Stedman

Clara Stedman has a diverse range of work experience. Clara started their career at AKIRA Chicago as a Stylist, where they built relationships with customers and focused on personal and team sales. Clara then worked at Alpha Phi International Fraternity as the Vice President of Marketing, where they coordinated philanthropies, managed social media accounts, and designed apparel. Clara also served as the New Member Educator at Alpha Phi, mentoring new members and organizing meetings. Clara later worked at University Tees as a Campus Manager, generating sales and attending a Summer Sales Conference. Clara then had a role as a Merchandising and Marketing Intern at Shoptiques.com, where they merchandised products, contacted potential partners, and created look-books. Clara also worked as a Bartender at The Kollege Klub, preparing beverages for a large number of patrons. Clara gained experience as a Studio Coordinator at both Cyc Fitness and Rumble, where they provided customer service and managed cycling packages. Most recently, Clara worked at Macy's, starting as a Digital Merchandising Executive Development Program Trainee before progressing to Assistant Buyer and Assistant Business Director roles. Clara managed order entry, analyzed customer values, built vendor relationships, and contributed to negotiations. Currently, Clara holds the role of Director of Partnerships at Barney, where they oversee partnerships and previously held the position of Agency Partnerships Manager.

Clara Stedman has studied Retailing and Consumer Behavior at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In 2018, they participated in a CIEE Study Abroad program at Charles University.
