Ken Powell

Ken Powell is an experienced Superintendent with a strong background in construction management, holding a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from East Carolina University. Currently at Barnhill Contracting Company since June 2016, Ken has successfully completed the Dillon Station project in downtown Raleigh, featuring a 19-level structure with parking and office spaces. Prior experience includes a role as Superintendent at Danis Construction Company, LLC for six months in 2015, and at Lend Lease from October 2011 to November 2015, where Ken oversaw the renovation of the Duke west campus steam plant, involving significant upgrades to boiler systems and energy recovery equipment.
