Ayman Alghamdi

Ayman Alghamdi is an experienced professional in mechanical engineering and factory management, currently serving as Factory Manager at Barns since August 2022, having previously held the position of Factory Assistant Manager. Prior to this role, Ayman worked at Tetra Pak from January 2016 to July 2022, where responsibilities included managing process lines and ensuring factory goals were achieved as Process Line Manager (Finishing), as well as contributing as a TPM/WCM Specialist and TPM/WCM Engineer. Ayman's earlier experience includes a position as a senior mechanical technician at SIPCO (Pepsi Cola) and a cooperative training role at Saudi Aramco Mobile Refinery while pursuing an associate degree. Ayman holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering and an Associate of Science in Mechanical Manufacturing, both from Yanbu Industrial College.
