Ian Russell

Ian Russell has extensive experience in the food production industry, currently serving as Factory Manager and previously as Production Manager at Dale Farm Ltd since February 2005. Prior roles include Syrup Room Operative/Machine Operator at Norbev and Advertising Sales Representative at Newsletter. Ian started as a Chill Supervisor at Okane Poultry Ltd, building a solid foundation in operational management. Educationally, Ian holds a 1st Class Honours in Management Practice from the University of Ulster, completed in 2014, and a 2.1 BA in Media Studies from the same university, obtained in 2003. Early education included GCSEs and A Levels from Cambridge House.
