David Dobson

David Dobson has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries. David is currently working as a Retail Area Manager for COOK Trading Ltd since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Tutor of Business at Barnsley College and York College in 2021. From November 2020 to November 2021, they worked as a Franchise Consultant, and from February 2019 to November 2020, they held the position of Head of Operational Engagement at COOK Trading Ltd. Previously, they also served as the Head of Franchise Shops and Home Delivery, Area Manager for London & South East, and various other roles at the company. Before joining COOK Trading Ltd, they worked as a Regional Manager, Senior Store Manager, Store Manager, and in various other roles at HMV Retail Ltd from 1998 to 2013. David started their career in store roles at Asda from 1995 to 1998.

David Dobson earned a Bachelor's Degree in Estate & Property Management from Wrexham University between 1995 and 1998. In 2020, they pursued further education and completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) with a focus on Lifelong Learning (Further Education) at York University Centre, which they successfully finished in 2021.
