Sarah Flynn

Sarah Flynn currently serves as the Public Health Learning and Development Manager at Barnsley Council since November 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Wakefield Council where Sarah held multiple positions including Public Health Commissioning and Project Manager, Team Manager for the Learning Academy, Learning and Development Lead, and Workforce Development Officer from December 2017 to November 2023. Previous experience also encompasses coordination and financial management roles at EDUCATION OSSETT - COMMUNITY TRUST, as well as management of extended services at Leeds City Council and Bradford Council. Earlier roles include positions focused on income generation at West Yorkshire Police and brand management at CragRats Ltd, along with advisory roles aimed at supporting business development within SMEs. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Aston University and A' Levels from Greenhead College, Huddersfield.
