Garrett Moore

Garrett Moore is an emerging hospitality professional currently serving as a Manager in Training at Barnsley Resort since June 2023, where responsibilities encompass learning the intricacies of Guest Services and Recreation departments to eventually pursue a resort hotel management role. Prior experience includes serving as the Aquatics Student Director of Water Safety at FSU Campus Rec from June 2021 to July 2023 and working as a Lifeguard for the City of Fort Lauderdale from April 2018 to July 2022, involving facility operations and swim instruction during the Covid pandemic. Earlier roles include a Sales Stock Associate position at Bed Bath & Beyond and a Dock Worker role at Sands Harbor Hotel & Marina. Garrett holds a Bachelor's degree in Recreation and Tourism Management from Florida State University and has completed an Associate of Arts in Global Club Management, along with a High School Diploma in International/Global Studies.
