Dan Flynn

Dan Flynn is a seasoned financial services professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple prominent firms. Currently serving as Chief Revenue Officer at Barnum Financial Group since October 2022, Dan previously held significant positions at Prudential Financial as Head of Recruiting and Learning & Business Consulting, where a transformative approach to Learning and Development was implemented. Prior to Prudential, Dan was Head of Recruiting and Advisor Teaming at MassMutual, focusing on team-based client service strategies. Dan's tenure at MetLife included roles as Vice President of the Premier Client Group and National Sales Director for the Broker Dealer Group, overseeing sales operations for over 10,000 Registered Representatives. Early career experience includes Vice President of Financial Services at Montauk Financial Group and mutual fund liaison roles at Dean Witter Reynolds Inc.
