Joe Vacca

Joe Vacca is an accomplished executive in the financial services and insurance sectors, currently serving as the President of Barnum Property & Casualty at Barnum Financial Group since September 2021. In this role, Joe leads the management of Barnum's property and casualty business with ambitious growth objectives aimed at significantly expanding reach across 400,000 households by 2030. Previously, Joe held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Barnum Financial Group, where efforts were directed towards transforming the finance organization for improved efficiency and performance. Joe's extensive experience includes leadership roles at Cigna, including Vice President of Transformation and Vice President of Operational Excellence, where strategic investments and innovative approaches enhanced service efficiency in the Medicare Advantage business. Joe's career also includes significant positions at MassMutual Financial Group and AETNA, among others. Joe holds an MBA in Human Resources from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a B.A. in Economics and Psychology from St. Lawrence University.
