Barbara Wagner

Barbara Wagner is a highly accomplished attorney with significant experience in various legal sectors, including construction defects, products liability, toxic torts, professional malpractice, bad faith, and intellectual property. Currently a Member at Barnwell Whaley Patterson & Helms, LLC since August 2007, Barbara has earned AV Preeminent and Super Lawyers ratings, as well as membership in the Petigru American Inn of Court. Barbara's legal career includes roles as Special Counsel and Associate Attorney at the same firm, and a prior position as Law Clerk at Barnwell Whaley, Hagood & Kerr, Pratt-Thomas Epting & Walker. Barbara holds a Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law, a PhD in Organic Chemistry from the University of California, Davis, and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from Indiana University Bloomington.
