David Cox is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in product liability, business litigation, and copyright and trademark law. Currently a Member at Barnwell Whaley Patterson & Helms, LLC since October 2014, David has previously served as a Partner at both Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice LLP from May 2011 to September 2014 and Buist Moore Smythe McGee P.A. from August 1993 to April 2011. David holds a Juris Doctor degree from Duke University School of Law, obtained between 1990 and 1993, and a Bachelor’s degree from Tulane University, completed in 1990.
