Matthew Riggs is a seasoned professional in the real estate industry, currently serving as Principal and Acquisitions Officer at Baron Properties since March 2015. With a strong background in investment analysis, Matthew previously held the position of Senior Investment Analyst at Prudential Financial from August 2012 to March 2015 and worked as an Analyst in Capital Markets at Jones Lang LaSalle for a brief period in 2012. Earlier experience includes roles as an Investments Intern at CenterPoint Properties, a Commercial Mortgage Loan Analyst at Symetra Financial, and an Appraisal Intern at National Valuation Consultants, Inc. Matthew holds a Master of Science in Real Estate & Construction Management from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Business from The University of Puget Sound.
