Clint Byrd

Clint Byrd's work experience includes positions at various companies in the legal field. Clint started their career as a Clerk for Judges Robert C. Hunter & Donna S. Stroud at the North Carolina Court of Appeals from May 2007 to August 2008. Clint then worked as an Associate Attorney at Cranfill, Sumner & Hartzog, LLP from August 2009 to July 2014. Following that, they became a Member at Lincoln Derr PLLC from July 2014 to June 2016. Clint joined Barr Brands International, Inc. in June 2016 as an Associate Corporate Counsel, and later advanced to the position of Senior Corporate Counsel from October 2018 to July 2022. Currently, they hold the role of Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Barr Brands International, Inc.
