Kimberley Graham

Kimberley Graham is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and compliance. Currently serving as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at CT REIT since January 2016, Kimberley previously held roles such as Vice President, Associate General Counsel, and Chief Counsel at Canadian Tire Corporation, as well as Vice President and General Counsel at The Equitable Trust Company. Kimberley's legal career began at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP and Stikeman Elliott LLP, specializing in commercial real estate. Kimberley holds an LLB from Western University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from Concordia University, along with the ICD.D designation from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management.
