Lia joined BARR with 26 years of science and social studies instruction. The last 7 years included STEM and STEAM professional development, coaching, and mentoring. As a coach and trainer, Lia supports schools in the implementation of the model through professional development, unlimited virtual coaching, and frequent onsite visits.
