Brian LeMon has a diverse work experience in the engineering industry. Brian started their career as a Civil Engineer at Mateffy Engineering in 1984 and worked there until 1988. From 1988 to 1992, they worked as a Civil Engineer at HNTB, where they gained expertise in sewer separation projects and designing stormwater systems. In 1992, they joined Barr Engineering as a Sr. Civil Engineer and later became the Vice President. At Barr Engineering, they led the pipes and pumps practice group and played a significant role in planning and designing water supply, flood mitigation, and recovery projects. Brian also handled marketing efforts for the Water Resources Business Unit and provided assistance to municipalities in various aspects of drinking water supply and emergency planning.
Brian LeMon obtained a Bachelor's degree in Applied Science from Bethel University, where they studied from 1979 to 1982. Brian then continued their education at Washington University in St. Louis from 1982 to 1984, earning a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Civil Engineering.
