Dave Herrington

Dave Herrington is a Senior Structural Engineer with extensive experience primarily in the industrial and wind energy sectors. Since October 2008, Herrington has been employed at Barr Engineering, where responsibilities include project management, structural design, data management, and finite element analysis. Prior to this role, Herrington served as a Security Engineer at ARA from April 2005 to October 2008, focusing on structural analysis and design for government facilities to enhance protection against terrorist attacks. Herrington began a career in software development as a student at the Environmental Modeling Research Laboratory, working on the Surface Water Modeling System from January 2002 to April 2005. Educational achievements include a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Brigham Young University.
