Liz Fagen

Liz Fagen is a Senior Environmental Engineer at Barr Engineering Co. since February 2022, bringing extensive experience in environmental engineering and management. Previously, Liz served as an Environmental Engineer for Eau Claire County, where five conservation practice designs were engineered annually, and the county-wide Storm Water Management Program was overhauled. Liz's background includes significant roles at the US Environmental Protection Agency, managing Remedial Projects, ensuring NPDES compliance, and directing environmental audits. Liz also contributed to the Bureau of Land Management, Tetra Tech, National Park Service, and ERDMAN throughout a diverse career that began with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and culminated in a Master of Science in Environmental/Environmental Health Engineering from Colorado State University.
