Nate Born

Nate Born is a Civil Engineer with extensive experience in environmental engineering roles. Currently employed at Barr Engineering Co. since June 2018, Nate previously worked at ERM: Environmental Resources Management as a Project Engineer following the acquisition of Natural Resource Group (NRG), where significant projects involved erosion and sediment control plans, environmental noise surveys, and permit management. Earlier experience includes positions as an Associate Engineer at NRG, Civil Engineering Intern roles with the City of Columbia Heights and the City of Minneapolis, and an internship with Roy Anderson Corp focused on a major skyscraper rehabilitation project. Nate holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota.
