Dmitri Volgin

Dmitri Volgin currently serves as the Vice President and Corporate Controller at Barracuda, a position held since August 2022, where responsibilities encompass global accounting policy, internal controls, and external financial reporting. Prior to Barracuda, Dmitri held the same title at Harmonic and Finisar Corporation, where experience included overseeing technical accounting and financial operations. Dmitri also worked as an Independent Consultant, providing expertise in technical accounting and financial reporting from November 2009 to April 2011. Earlier in the career, Dmitri was an Audit Senior Manager at Ernst & Young LLP from November 1999 to October 2009. Dmitri’s academic background includes a degree from Saint Petersburg State University of Finance and Economics, obtained between 1992 and 1997.
