Lance Sapera is a purpose-driven leader with a passion for building high-performance teams across various sectors, including technology, cybersecurity, fitness, and the military. Currently serving as the Global Head of Talent at Barracuda, they previously held prominent roles in talent acquisition at companies like Talend and Intuit, and have a strong commitment to supporting veterans and military spouses transitioning to the private sector. Lance's extensive experience spans roles in the U.S. Navy, where they led significant recruiting organizations, and they have served on the Board of Directors for the American Red Cross. They are pursuing a Master’s in Public Administration with a focus on Organizational Leadership from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor’s in American Government from the University of Virginia.
