Modupe Alatise Odusote is a seasoned human resources leader with extensive experience across various sectors, including healthcare, consulting, and banking. Currently serving as the Head of Culture & Talent and Vice President of Human Resources at The END Fund, Modupe has held influential positions such as Chief Human Resources Officer at Atria Institute and multiple senior HR roles at Johnson & Johnson, where responsibilities included driving HR strategies for innovation centers globally and leading diversity and inclusion initiatives. Prior experience includes advisory roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Philips Consulting Limited, along with a foundational role in service quality improvement at Standard Chartered Bank.
