Robert Truhn

Robert Truhn has extensive experience in product management and technical support, currently serving as a Product Manager for Data Protection at Barracuda since January 2012. Responsibilities include creating post-mortem reports for critical bugs, managing community forum interactions, and leading communication among Support, QA, Development, and Product Management teams. Prior roles at Barracuda included Supervisor of Technical Support and Lead Technical Support Engineer, where Robert excelled in customer satisfaction, technical leadership, and managing support processes. Before joining Barracuda, Robert worked at Steel Technologies as a Master Production Scheduler and Production Manager, overseeing production schedules and collaborating with sales teams. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Sciences from ITT Technical Institute.
