John Kerins

John Kerins is an experienced Chief Quantity Surveyor currently leading a residential redevelopment project in North West London at Redrow Homes, a role commenced in March 2020. Previously, John served as a Senior Quantity Surveyor for St George PLC on The London Dock Project and for Redrow Homes on the initial phase of a £1b redevelopment in North West London. Earlier career positions include Quantity Surveyor roles at McLaren Construction Group PLC, overseeing a £25m contract, and Ardmore Construction Ltd, managing significant residential and student accommodation developments. John began professional training at Lend Lease and holds an HNC in Construction from London South Bank University.
