Joana M. has over 30 years of experience in quality assurance and control, currently serving as the Senior Quality Assurance Lead at Barrday Inc. since December 2006, focusing on quality control for soft and hard armor bulletproof materials. Prior to this role, Joana worked at Quaker Fabric from September 1989 to June 2006 in various capacities, including Research and Development Technician, Quality Assurance/Control Technician, and Machine Creeler/Machine Operator.
