Alene Baronian

Alene Baronian is an experienced health professional with over 20 years as a registered dietitian. Currently serving as the owner of barre3 since June 2019, Alene integrates strength conditioning, cardio, and mindfulness into a balanced workout approach. Alene also works as a certified health coach with the American Council on Exercise and owns Eat 2 Perform Inc., providing sports nutrition, weight management, and wellness counseling. Alene has previously held positions as a nutritionist at DreamWorks Animation, an instructor at San Francisco State University, and a supervising dietitian at Tiburcio Vasquez Health Center. Alene holds a Master's degree in Health Science Education from San Francisco State University and a Bachelor's degree in Dietetics and Food Science Administration from California State University, Long Beach.
