Jocelyn Phelan

Jocelyn Phelan has extensive experience in payroll, accounting, and client management, currently serving as a Payroll and Accounting Specialist at barre3 since May 2013. Jocelyn’s background includes roles such as Accounting Coordinator, and Front Desk Lead, demonstrating expertise in financial management and client relations. In addition to a successful tenure at barre3, Jocelyn is the Owner and Artist of Sweetly Calligraphy, reflecting a passion for handwriting. Previous experience includes Payroll Consultant at Tax Express, and various management positions in the catering and restaurant industry, notably as Director of Catering at Salty's on the Columbia. Jocelyn holds an AA in Restaurant and Hospitality Management from the Western Culinary Institute.
