Julie Allard

Julie Allard, LL.B. PMP, is a seasoned professional in information technology management and strategic initiatives, currently serving as the Director of the Information Technology Service at Barreau du Québec since 2017. With a robust background, Julie previously held prominent roles, including Directrice du Bureau des projets at SOQUIJ, where oversight of project portfolios and strategic alignment was crucial. Experience also includes leadership in digital content development at Centre d'accès à l'information juridique (CAIJ) and consultancy in legal information management with the World Bank in Rwanda. Educational qualifications comprise a Bachelor of Laws from Université Laval and membership in the Barreau du Québec, complemented by a DEC in Pure and Applied Sciences from CÉGEP de Victoriaville.
