Mark Bellofiore

Mark Bellofiore, CFA, OLY, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and financial assurance. Currently serving as Founding Principal at Barrenjoey since May 2021, Mark previously held the position of Executive Director at JPMorgan Chase & Co., specializing in Equity Capital Markets. Prior to that, Mark spent a decade at Goldman Sachs, where roles included Vice President and Associate, focusing on initial public offerings and equity follow-on transactions across major global cities. Mark's career began at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Accountant, providing financial assurance and due diligence. Mark holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA Institute and degrees in Business, Accounting, and Finance from the University of Technology Sydney.
