Ed Peeters has a strong and diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Ed started their career as a Financial Analyst Intern at Saint-Gobain Abrasives in 2006, where they improved the management visibility of project lines and created financial statements for a large company. Ed then worked as a Financial Auditor at Mazars and as an Internal Controller at BNP Paribas Fortis in 2008. At BNP Paribas Fortis, they implemented control procedures that reduced company loss and created monthly internal control reports. Ed then joined Hologic as an Internal Auditor in 2010 before moving to Altra Industrial Motion in 2011 as a Manager of Internal Audit. In this role, they planned and led IT and financial audits, developed audit programs, and created automation tools. In 2015, Ed Peeters joined PwC as a Manager of Risk Assurance, where they developed audit programs, led external audits, and created audit reports. Ed is currently working at BBSI as the Director of Corporate Operations - Shared Services, where they oversee shared services operations and leads cybersecurity initiatives.
Ed Peeters attended Bentley University from 2008 to 2010, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in Corporate Finance. Prior to that, they studied at KEDGE Business School from 2004 to 2008 and obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) in Management. Additionally, Ed Peeters holds certifications as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) from ISACA and as a Certified Public Account (CPA) in Massachusetts from the Massachusetts Board of Public Accountancy.
