Jon Young

Jon Young is an experienced Area Manager at BBSI since December 2017, with previous roles including Business Development Manager and Risk Management Consultant. Prior to BBSI, Jon served as Safety Manager for Harbor Freight Tools, ensuring employee health and safety across 800 retail locations. As Owner/Operator of Fresh Street Food Truck, Inc., Jon facilitated the leasing and financing of mobile food units for entrepreneurs. Jon's extensive background in loss prevention and safety management includes directing operations at PetSmart, Office Depot, Longs Drugs, and Target, with a notable emphasis on crisis management and emergency response planning. Jon holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Claremont Lincoln University, a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from California State University, Chico, and an Associate's degree in Law Enforcement from Butte College.
