Rick Hensler

Rick Hensler is a seasoned HR and operations professional with extensive experience across various roles. Currently serving as the Regional Human Resources Manager at Barrett Paving Materials, Inc. since June 2015, Rick oversees HR functions in the Midwest Central Region. Previously, Rick was a Project Manager at Clarcor Inc., focusing on Kronos implementations, and held multiple positions at United Air Specialists, including VP of Operations/HR, Director of Operations, and Human Resources Manager, managing worldwide operational and HR activities. Earlier career roles included Compensation Specialist and Payroll Manager at United Air Specialists. Rick holds an Associate's degree in Business from Miami University and completed Business Management studies at Badin High School.
