Jade Parham

Jade Parham is an experienced Human Resources professional with a solid background in various HR roles and management. Currently serving as the Regional Human Resources Manager at UNIS since October 2025, Jade previously worked at Vendasta from July 2021 to October 2025, holding titles such as Senior People Partner, People Partner, and People & Culture Generalist. Prior experience includes the role of Human Resources Manager at GF Management Company, LLC from January 2019 to July 2021, and at STF Pro, LLC from May 2015 to February 2019. Jade began a career in law as a Workers’ Compensation Paralegal at The Law Offices of Anne Hoke Esq from March 2013 to May 2015. Jade holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Baltimore.
